Newly built modern and luxurious apartments for rent are located in the new part of Makarska “Požari” at the foot of a mountain slope. The neighborhood is extremely quiet with no city noise and traffic noise overlooking the sea, the islands of Brac, Hvar and the harbor. The house has two spacious and luxurious apartments for 4 + 2 persons and for 2 + 2 persons. Apartment A1 consists of 2 double bedrooms + living room + kitchen with dining room, 2 bathrooms and balconies. Guests can use the barbecue and free parking. Apartments Lukac are situated 1500 m from the city center and 900 m from the sea and beautiful sandy beach, which is due to the fine sand and the natural shade of pine trees ideal for small children and the elderly. – KITCHEN: Open kitchen to the living room, stove with oven (4 glass ceramic hob), microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, washing dishes, cooking utensils, cooking accessories.
– BEDROOM 1: Double bedroom 25 m2 + double bed 200 x 160 cm + wardrobe + exit to the balcony + bathroom / shower, toilet, hair dryer, washing machine, towels, toiletries.
– BEDROOM 2: Double bedroom 25 m2 + double bed 200 x 160 cm + wardrobe + bathroom / shower, toilet, hair dryer, towels, toiletries.
– BALCONY: 20 m2, Table and chairs + sea view.
– PARKING: Free parking.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: Tourist tax, air conditioning, internet, bed linen, towels, toiletries, parking and final cleaning. For all information please contact us.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: There is no additional cost.

PAYMENT TERMS: To ensure the reservation is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total reservation. The costs of the bank sender and the recipient’s bank shall be borne by the sender in its entirety.

DEPOSIT: The guest is required upon arrival at the owner of the apartment deposit 200 € which will be returned if no damage to accommodation.

CHECK IN: Guest can enter the accommodation unit after 14:00 hours/pm, CHECK OUT: Guest must leave the accommodation by 10:00 hours/am.

NOTE: After you make the reservation payment, we will deliver the correct address and any other documents. For security reasons, we are not able to issue information about the travel documents in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
